Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms govern your use of rezidora.com and its services (“Rezidora”, “we”, “us”): the marketplace for real estate, cars, yachts, jets, watches and jewelry, the Journal, accounts, the professional back end and the listings API. By using Rezidora you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Rezidora.

1. Who can use Rezidora

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Rezidora for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that business.

2. Your account

You can create an account with your email address or by signing in with Google, Apple or LinkedIn. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@rezidora.com if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

3. Rezidora is a marketplace, not a party to your purchase

Rezidora publishes listings supplied by professionals (brokerages, dealers, brokers, maisons and independent agents) and by private sellers, and connects buyers with them. We do not own, sell, inspect or hold any item listed, we are not a real estate broker, dealer or agent for buyers or sellers, and we are not a party to any negotiation, contract, payment or transfer between you and a seller.

Listings, prices, photographs, specifications, features, locations and availability come from sellers and their systems. We present them carefully, but we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current; prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions. Before committing to any purchase, verify everything directly with the seller and carry out your own inspections, surveys, title and legal checks, and take independent professional advice.

A “Verified” badge means we have checked that a professional account belongs to a genuine business. It is not an endorsement, a review of its listings, or a guarantee of its conduct.

4. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, your name, contact details and message go to the seller of that listing, and to its listing agent where there is one, so they can reply to you directly. Send enquiries only about genuine interest in a listing. Sellers must use enquiry details only to respond about that listing and related services, in line with applicable law.

5. Professional and seller accounts

Professionals and private sellers who list on Rezidora (directly, through a feed from their own systems, or through our listings API) agree that:

  • they hold every licence, registration and authority the law requires for what they sell, and the seller’s authority to market each listing;
  • each listing is accurate, lawful, genuinely available, and updated or withdrawn promptly when it is sold, reserved or changes;
  • they own, or are licensed to use, every photo, text and other material they supply, and it infringes no one’s rights;
  • they comply with consumer protection, advertising, anti-discrimination and fair housing laws, and with anti-money-laundering rules that apply to their trade;
  • they are responsible for the actions of their team members on Rezidora, and keep API keys confidential.

You grant Rezidora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, adapt and display the content you supply, in order to operate and promote the marketplace. This includes cropping and resizing photos, writing titles, summarising features from your descriptions, showing locations on maps, and choosing listings for featured placements. The licence ends when you remove the content, except for copies kept in backups or records.

We may review, edit for formatting, decline, hide or remove any listing, set minimum prices or other criteria for what we publish, and limit or suspend feeds and API access, including to protect the service or our users. Listing on Rezidora is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged anything.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • post false, misleading or duplicate listings, or items that are illegal to sell or advertise;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity, licences or business;
  • copy, scrape or harvest listings, contact details or content, including with bots or automated tools, except through our official API within its limits;
  • use contact details obtained through Rezidora for spam or unrelated marketing;
  • interfere with the security or operation of Rezidora, test its vulnerabilities, or upload malicious code;
  • use Rezidora for fraud, money laundering, harassment or any unlawful purpose.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Rezidora name and logo, the design of the site, and the Journal’s articles and photography belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission. Listing content belongs to the sellers who supplied it.

If you believe something on Rezidora infringes your rights, write to support@rezidora.com with the details and the page concerned, and we will review it promptly.

8. Third-party services

Rezidora uses and links to services we do not control, such as Google, Apple and LinkedIn for sign-in, Mapbox and Google Maps for maps, Google Analytics for site statistics (only with your consent, as our Privacy Policy explains), and sellers’ own websites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

Rezidora is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that Rezidora will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on Rezidora, including the Journal and its market reports, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rezidora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of Rezidora or from any transaction or dealing with a seller or buyer. Our total liability for any claim relating to Rezidora is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Rezidora for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your listings or other content, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Rezidora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts, or remove content, if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect our users or the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 3, 5 for content already licensed, 7, 9, 10 and 11) survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Rezidora evolves. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Rezidora after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. General

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Rezidora about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

15. Contact
